Pay: $25/hour + $400 per successful placement
Location: Online + Onsite at ITE Schools
Commitment: Flexible, with required minimum onsite hours and ad-hoc availability

We are seeking three dedicated Freelance Job Coaches to support students with special needs in securing and sustaining meaningful internships and employment. This role requires commitment and responsiveness, including emergency on-site support when needed.

Job Scope Includes:

• Sourcing of Internship/Employment opportunities
• Job design and job matching tailored to students' needs
• Grant application support for participating employers
• Pre-onboard employer job coach training
• Workplace support system setup
• Pre-internship/employment training for students
• Onsite job coaching visits and support
• Ad-hoc emergency workplace support

Onsite Coaching Commitment:

• 3-month internship: Minimum 28 hours of onsite coaching
• 6-month internship: Minimum 56 hours of onsite coaching
• Hours include scheduled visits and emergency support as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong patience and communication skills, especially with students with special needs
• Experience as a Job Coach or in a similar training/support role is a plus
• Must be reliable, responsive and able to travel to ITE campuses
