Job Details:

• Contract Duration: 6 months (1 Apr - 30 Sep 2026)

• Location: Novena

• Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Salary: $18.50 per hour 
  

Job Scope:

• Event Planning and Management: Provides administrative, operational and logistical support for meeting, maintains accurate records, monitors, and reports on contract performance, Ensures contractual deliverables and tasks are completed as specified while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.

• Secretariat Support: Provides secretariat support including preparation of meeting agendas, programmes, presentations and supports the coordination of inputs across divisions to ensure timely collation of materials

• Stakeholder Engagement: Develops and maintains working relationships with suppliers, experts and colleagues for smooth conduct of meetings. Liaises with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and desired outcomes. Supports coordination and communications with internal and external stakeholders for smooth meeting execution.

Requirement:

• Degree in Business, Communications, Events Management or related fields. 

• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in secretariat support, events coordination and administrative planning. 

• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
