🚨 Urgent: Food Lab Assistant Needed! 🍳

Salary: $13.70/hour approx. $2225/month
Contract: Immediate – 16 April 2026
Hours: Mon–Fri 7:30AM–3:00PM (1-hr lunch)
(May require extended hours occasionally; no regular service on weekends/public holidays/school holidays)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, equipment, and workstations daily 🧽
• Prepare raw ingredients for classes (portioning, cutting meat/fish, etc.) 🥩🥦
• Manage fridge and storage, monitor stock levels, and inform supervisor of low ingredients ❄️
• Assist with termly stock-takes, labeling, and deep cleaning of equipment 🗂️
• Support afternoon cooking programs and school-based activities 🍲

Requirements

• Basic food prep & food safety certifications 📜
• 2 years’ experience in culinary, food prep, or related fields
• Store management and kitchen organization experience
• Proficient in English (written & verbal)
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
