Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Handle cashiering and POS transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and counter areas
• Support opening and closing duties
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

• Positive, energetic, and customer-oriented
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
• Able to work weekends and public holidays as required
• Prior service or F&B experience is an advantage

Work Details

• Working Hours: 44 hours/week
• Rest Day: 1 day per week (roster-based)
• Benefits: Uniforms, staff discounts, annual leave starting from 7 days
