💰 Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 per month
📅 Contract: 12 months
⏰ Working Hours: 42 hours per week

• Mondays – Thursdays: 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Fridays: 8.30am – 5.30pm

🚀 Join our Fixed Assets (FA) team and play a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant management of the fixed asset register.

🎓 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Computer Science
• Prior audit experience is an advantage
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail
• Analytical and numbers-savvy
• Independent, self-driven, and proactive
• Strong accounting knowledge for asset capitalisation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders
• Strong Excel and analytical skills

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely, accurate, and complete period-end FA reports, including stock-take, Development Project-in-Progress (DPIP), and consolidated schedules; reconcile assets and investigate discrepancies.
• Review development expenditures to ensure correct accounting treatment before capitalisation.
• Maintain Fixed Asset process excellence by providing guidance, training, and implementing process improvements to strengthen governance and controls.
• Participate in automation initiatives and process improvement projects, including the use of tools such as RPA or data analytics dashboards.
