Job Responsibilities:

·        Provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for the principal to meetings, business engagements, and personal appointments.

·        Plan and optimize travel routes to ensure timely arrival while accounting for traffic conditions.

·        Maintain cleanliness, upkeep, and regular servicing of the assigned vehicle.

·        Conduct routine vehicle checks including fuel, tire pressure, engine condition, and cleanliness.

·        Ensure compliance with all traffic regulations and safe driving practices.

·        Run ad-hoc errands and support occasional logistical needs for the principal or family office.

·        Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the principal’s schedule, destinations, and personal matters.

·        Be available for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required.

·        Coordinate vehicle servicing, insurance renewals, and inspections when necessary.

·        Support team with projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements

·        Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

·        Able to start immediately or within short notice
