Job Responsibilities:

·        Analyse membership data and trends across countries, industries, and seniority to identify growth opportunities, under-served segments, and priority markets; develop country profiles to guide outreach, events, and market positioning.

·        Build and maintain interactive dashboards and a single source of truth by integrating multiple data sources; apply AI tools to enhance analysis and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations while monitoring key metrics and anomalies.

·        Conduct desk research to assess new markets, estimate potential member bases, identify target locations and partners, and support data-driven market entry and engagement strategies.

·        Deliver regular reports on membership growth, event effectiveness, and channel performance; design and analyse surveys to understand member needs, brand perception, and optimise activities, presenting findings in concise visual formats.

·        Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide decision-ready insights, communicate findings clearly, foster a data-driven culture, and support cross-functional projects with flexibility and a continuous improvement mindset.

·        Adhoc tasks & projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·        Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·        Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

·        Able to start immediately or within short notice
