Job Responsibilities:

·        Provide independent risk oversight and advisory support to management, ensuring alignment with the IT risk management framework.

·        Support governance committees by preparing risk reports, dashboards, and analysis that highlight key risk trends, exposures, and emerging issues.

·        Implement and maintain the IT risk and control framework to ensure consistent and effective risk management practices.

·        Manage ongoing and annual IT operational risk assessments, attestations, and reporting requirements.

·        Coordinate and oversee operational risk assessments performed by the First Line of Defense, providing challenge and guidance where necessary.

·        Consolidate assessment results and report key risk indicators (KRIs) and emerging risks to management.

·        Facilitate Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and Regulatory Self-Assessments across relevant functions.

·        Perform independent control testing and supervisory reviews as part of the Second Line of Defense.

·        Review, document, and report regulatory compliance breaches and operational risk incidents.

·        Support operational teams in strengthening risk assessments and enhancing control effectiveness.

·        Contribute to audit activities, including pre-audit preparation, coordination during fieldwork, and tracking of post-audit remediation actions.

·        Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure timely and effective resolution of audit findings.

·        Proactively monitor IT systems and operational processes to identify potential risks and control gaps.

·        Track and report the remediation of issues arising from incidents, regulatory breaches, audits, inspections, and special reviews.

·        Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of risk events, issues, and corrective actions.

·        Deliver training and provide guidance to promote risk awareness and strengthen risk culture across the organization.

·        Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance standards and overall control effectiveness.

·        Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·        Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·        Minimum 4 year of relevant operational risk experience

·        Able to start immediately or within short notice
