Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Social Worker to join our healthcare team on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering psychosocial care, providing specialised clinical services, and contributing to the development of service delivery standards within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments and provide appropriate interventions in line with best clinical practices
• Deliver specialised clinical care directly to patients and families
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of Medical Social Workers, Executives, and support staff
• Lead or participate in assigned clinical and service-related projects

Requirements:

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Social Work
