⭐ What You’ll Do

• Welcome and escort guests with warm, attentive service
• Manage table seating, reservations, and guest flow
• Guide and supervise servers to maintain top-tier service standards
• Assist with table setup, preparation, and handling of equipment
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
• Support the Assistant Manager in meeting goals and KPIs
  

⭐ Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality preferred
• 3–5 years F&B experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Comfortable with night shifts and smoking environment

⭐ Additional Perks

• Sign-On Bonus: 1 month’s base salary
• Night shift allowance & OT pay when required
• 5-day work week, rotational shifts
