• Manage volunteer recruitment, onboarding and training
• Update and maintain volunteer databases and records
• Track volunteer participation and conduct regular check-in to ensure volunteer well-being
• Support volunteer engagement/appreciation programmes and activities
• Assist in managing volunteer issues and enquiries
• Collaborate with departments to plan and coordinate volunteer affairs initiatives
• Support Monastery events and activities

📚 What You Bring:

• Qualification: Diploma or above in any discipline
• Year(s) of Experience: Min. 1 year of working experience in community services/volunteer management or any social service discipline
• Language(s): Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with both English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Communication & interpersonal skills, Coordination skills, Computer-literate, Problem-solving and time management skills
• A team player with proactive and positive work attitude
• Able to work on weekend(s), public holiday(s) or irregular working hour(s)
