• Fri: 8.30AM – 5.30PM
  Total: 42 hours/week

📌 About the Role

Join our digital health programme that empowers healthcare providers and patients to manage chronic conditions through personalised interventions. You will play a key role in supporting operations, communications, and participant engagement.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Track participant enrolment, progress, and rewards 🎯
• Handle participant and partner enquiries 💬
• Coordinate programme logistics and follow-ups 📅
• Provide basic troubleshooting for digital platforms 🖥️
• Assist with communications, marketing, and engagement tracking 📣
• Manage administrative and ad-hoc operational tasks 🗂️

🎓 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Public Health, Health Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years in operations, project coordination, or customer-facing roles
• Strong organisational, communication, and digital skills
• Experience with Canva, FormSG, or similar tools is a plus ✨
