About the Role :

As an Zscaler ZTNA specialist, your main mission will be to operate and maintain the Zscaler suite, propose and participate in improvement activities, and ensure that the solutions meet our stakeholders' requirements. You’ll closely work with the Zscaler Technical Owner and will become his backup. To illustrate, the list of Zscaler-related activities ranges from software maintenance and cleanup (operability) to the development of Appviz functionalities (Continuous Improvement) and includes the maintenance of the security risk matrix, in agreement with our Network security standard, the zone documentation, the automation and integration of related processes (API), and more.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Day 2 operations support for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) , Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) , Zscaler Digital experience , Zscaler app connectors , Zscaler posture profiling to provide secure internet and application access in line with client security requirements.

2) Solutioning , deploying and supporting Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA) using Zscaler, ensuring robust security for remote and on-premises users.

3) Configure and optimize Zscaler services to protect users, devices, and applications from internet-based threats while ensuring seamless access to cloud and on-prem resources.

4) Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Zscaler deployments and integrations with existing infrastructure.

5) Monitor and optimize Zscaler performance and security policies, ensuring compliance with clients regulations and best practices for data protection.

6) Manage and support policy enforcement, logging, and reporting for internet access control, including integration with SIEM platforms for threat detection and response.

7) Act as a key liaison between business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful Zscaler Day 2 support and alignment with business needs.

8) Good understanding of Network Security products like firewalls , proxy , Routers , Switches to troubleshoot accessibility issues via Zscaler ZTNA setup.
