Job Title: Yacht Charter Sales Executive

Remuneration: Competitive Basic Salary + Attractive Commission

Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and client-centric Yacht Charter Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will be the key point of contact for clients, managing the full sales journey—from initial enquiry to post-charter follow-up—while curating seamless and memorable yacht experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond promptly to client enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email

• Understand client preferences and recommend suitable yachts based on group size, occasion, and budget

• Prepare tailored quotations, proposals, and booking confirmations

• Proactively follow up with leads to drive conversion and maximize sales

• Coordinate closely with yacht crews, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution

• Support clients with pre-charter planning (itineraries, catering, special arrangements)

• Attend yacht viewings with clients when required

• Deliver high-touch after-sales service and build long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or luxury services preferred

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written); strong Chinese communication skills are highly advantageous

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism

• Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving ability

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team

• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

• Flexible and responsive to last-minute changes or urgent requests

• Willing to travel to marinas for client viewings when required

• Comfortable using mobile and digital tools (e.g. WhatsApp, Google Workspace)
