Role Overview

Support EHS/WSH operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, focusing on routine operational safety, compliance, audits, and risk management in accordance with pharma EHS standards and Singapore regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review workplace risk assessments and recommend improvements
• Ensure risk mitigation and corrective actions are properly implemented
• Conduct self-inspections and internal EHS audits
• Facilitate EHS committee meetings and follow-up actions
• Perform gap analysis against pharma EHS standards and local regulatory updates
• Support continuous compliance and safety improvement initiatives
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on EHS operational matters

Requirements / Preferred Background

• Preferably from Pharma / Biopharma / GMP manufacturing environment
• Strong experience in routine plant operations safety rather than construction safety
• Familiar with Singapore WSH regulations and EHS compliance standards
• Experience in audits, inspections, RA review, and EHS committee coordination
• Good documentation and stakeholder communication skills
• WSHO certification preferred / relevant EHS qualifications advantageous
