• Direct workforce planning initiatives, including demand and supply forecasting, gap analysis, and strategic scenario modeling.

• Architect and implement digital workforce planning models to evaluate headcount, skills distribution, and total compensation structures.

• Partner with cross-functional leadership to translate business objectives into actionable talent strategies and budgeting models.

• Support enterprise transformation projects, organizational cost optimization, and multi-year workforce planning cycles.

• Deliver data-driven analytics, insights, and executive performance dashboards to guide strategic decision-making.

skills and experience required.

• Professional experience in strategic workforce planning, talent analytics, or organizational cost modeling.

• Hands-on experience configuring and administering Tier-1 EPM planning tools and specialized workforce modules.

• Deep understanding of workforce cost structures, capacity planning, skills forecasting, and scenario analysis.

• Background in management consulting, HR transformation, or large-scale enterprise solution delivery.
