Job Summary

Join THE WRITER'S PLACE as a Customer Service Assistant (Part-time) to assist with administrative and operational tasks in a dynamic tuition centre environment.

📝 The job scope includes:

• Answering WhatsApp enquiries regarding make-up classes
• Attending to walk-in customers
• General administrative tasks

🕒 Working hours:

• Minimum 2 days
• Tues-Fri: 11am-730pm
• Saturday: 830am-530pm

✔ Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to work during tuition centre operation hours
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for customer communication

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-driven with initiative
  

Other Information

Work days/Location:

• Centre closed on Mondays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
• Locations: Woodlands Galaxy Community Club (5 min walk from Admiralty MRT) and Junction 10 mall (Bukit Panjang MRT)
