Job Summary

We are looking for a Wintel Engineer to design, manage, and support our enterprise-level hybrid infrastructure. 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Administer Active Directory services, including ADFS, DFS, and SFTP, across hybrid environments.
  Support and troubleshoot Windows Server (2008–2016) lifecycle management, including installation and hardware maintenance (HP/Dell).
• Manage VMware virtualization technologies, including vSphere, vCenter, SRM, and the vRealize suite (VROPS/VRNI).
• Deploy and configure Nutanix nodes, AOS, and Prism Central, ensuring seamless integration with VMware clusters.
• Maintain core Microsoft services such as DNS, DHCP, Clustering, RDS, and File/Print services.
• Design and execute patch management strategies using WSUS, SCCM, and VMware Update Manager.
• Implement high-availability and disaster recovery solutions, including VMware DRS, HA, and Business Continuity planning.
• Support cloud integration by assessing workloads and managing AWS/Azure resources like EC2, S3, and ELB.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of IT infrastructure experience, specifically as a Wintel or Systems Engineer.
• Advanced expertise in Windows Server administration (2008–2016) and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with VMware (vSphere/vCenter) and Nutanix infrastructure management.
• Proficiency with patch management tools (SCCM/WSUS) and server hardware (HP/Dell).
• Technical knowledge of storage (NetApp/EMC/IBM) and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud services and workload migration.
• Strong background in disaster recovery planning for both physical and virtual environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to design best-practice infrastructure solutions.
