About us:

REKOOP is seeking a Wellness Host Concierge dedicated to join our wellness team. This role is pivotal in guiding our guests through their personalized journey towards balance and wellness. As a Wellness Service Coordinator, you'll become an integral part of our guests' experiences, serving not just as a guide, but as an assistant health coach, nutritionist, and health expert. Your mission will be to ensure each guest leaves feeling better, more informed, and more in tune with their body’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Navigation: Lead guests through their wellness journey, tailoring the experience to their individual needs, preferences, and health goals. Build a rapport with guests to understand their stressors and wellness aspirations.

• Expertise in Wellness Therapies: You'll be responsible for helping guests choose their treatments, setting them up, educating them about the process, and answering any questions.

• Active Presence: Depending on the therapy, you may need to stay with the guest throughout the session, check on them periodically, or be there at the beginning and end. Your presence ensures they feel supported and comfortable.

• Post-Session Engagement: After each session, engage with guests to offer additional services that could enhance their experience, respond to any inquiries, highlight the benefits of their treatment, and guide them back to the lounge area.

• Education and Tours: Provide insightful tours of our facilities, explaining the benefits and features of our services. You may also have the opportunity to serve as a personal health coach for guests, developing and overseeing their wellness plans.

• Teaching Opportunities: Share your knowledge and passion through educational classes along our resident masters on topics related to wellness, nutrition, and health, subject to approval by REKOOP management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, wellness, health coaching, nutrition,Beauty or a related field.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a flair for building rapport with diverse individuals.

• A strong foundation in health and wellness principles, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.

• Certification or background in health coaching, nutrition, or fitness is highly advantageous.

• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings as needed.

• Passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.

Working Hours

• 5 day work week ,9hr per day
• Shift work slot : 645am- 3.45pm/10am-7pm/1pm-10pm
• Retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays when required
• Scheduled off days according to roster
