About the Role
We are looking for a warm, service-driven and people-focused individual to join
our Community & Lifestyle Team. This role is ideal for someone who
naturally builds strong relationships, shows genuine care for others, and takes
pride in delivering thoughtful, personalised service within a serviced
residence environment.
You will embody gracious hospitality, discretion and attentiveness,
consistently anticipating resident needs and creating an environment where
people feel truly welcomed, cared for and at home. You take pride in delivering
refined, personalised service and understand the importance of the small
details that elevate everyday living.
In this role, you will play a key part in curating an elevated living
experience, fostering a strong sense of community and ensuring residents feel
supported and valued at every touchpoint. You will represent the Weave brand
with warmth, poise and professionalism at all times.
This position reports to the Senior Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to residents, consistently representing the Weave brand with elegance, empathy, and professionalism
- Create a refined yet warm and welcoming environment where residents feel at ease, cared for, and truly at home
- Proactively check in on residents’ wellbeing, demonstrating attentiveness, patience and a sincere service mindset
- Anticipate and respond thoughtfully to residents’ evolving needs, expectations, and emotions, working seamlessly with in‑house teams to ensure a cohesive and elevated living experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, handling requests, feedback, and concerns with discretion, professionalism, and calm assurance
- Coordinate closely with on‑property operations teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of resident matters
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and contribute thoughtful ideas to enhance the overall lifestyle and community experience
- Gather and report resident feedback, offering creative and service‑led recommendations to continuously elevate the resident journey
- Maintain a visible, approachable presence within the residence, offering proactive assistance and tailored support
Requirements
- Prior experience in guest relations or hospitality is preferred; experience in a medical setting will be an added advantage
- Naturally warm, patient, and caring with a genuine interest in people and their wellbeing
- A genuine service mindset and caring personality are essential for this role
- Highly service‑oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Calm, composed, and professional when handling sensitive situations or guest concerns
- Able to work flexibly in a dynamic, resident‑facing environment
- Comfortable supporting a diverse resident profile, including residents with varying needs
- Strong coordination skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
