Our client is a digitally driven insurance broker and portal. They are looking for a Web Content Specialit to assist their Marketing team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at Central of Singapore– easily accessible.

Duties

• Lead end-to-end web initiatives, including planning, developing, and executing web pages to support marketing campaigns, products, and business objectives.
• Manage web content development and publishing, ensuring pages are optimised for performance, engagement, and conversion.
• Analyse website performance using analytics tools (e.g., GA4) and translate data insights into actionable improvements.
• Provide strategic input on website structure, content prioritisation, and user journey optimisation to enhance overall digital experience.
• Ensure content governance and cross-functional alignment, maintaining accuracy, brand consistency, and continuously driving website optimisation through performance tracking and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or web optimisation roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with web analytics and performance measurement.
• Proven ability to manage web projects independently from planning through execution.
• Strong written and content structuring skills with a user-centric mindset.
