Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of mass-market retail banking clients through regular engagement and service reviews.

• Conduct basic financial needs analyses to understand clients’ savings, protection, and financing requirements.

• Provide suitable banking and financial solutions, including deposits, insurance, loans, and investment products, in line with clients’ profiles.

• Drive new client acquisition and grow existing relationships through referrals, leads, and branch-based opportunities.

• Deliver consistent sales performance while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction standards.

• Ensure all sales, onboarding, and advisory activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Maintain accurate client documentation and follow up on service requests in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with branch and product teams to support business initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail banking, customer advisory, or sales within the financial services industry.

• Basic understanding of retail banking products, including deposits, personal loans, insurance, and simple investment products.

• Client-focused with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Sales-driven with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Relevant banking or financial advisory certifications will be an advantage.
