Shift Schedule

• Day – Day – Night – Night – Off – Off – Sunday Off
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:30 AM
• 30-minute Lunch Break
• 30-minute Dinner Break
• Two additional 15-minute rest breaks

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and support warehouse associates to achieve daily operational and productivity targets.
• Monitor warehouse activities, material flow, safety standards, and service levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct daily team briefings and provide operational updates and reports.
• Train and guide team members on warehouse procedures, material handling, and operational best practices.
• Support attendance monitoring, workforce planning, and team development activities.
• Support new product introductions, warehouse improvement initiatives, and cross-functional operations.
• Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, materials management, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, and workflow coordination.
• Able to prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Ability to lift or move up to 20kg is an advantage.
