Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations. This junior role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. The role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic warehouse environment with opportunities to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing inventory records and stock accuracy using warehouse systems
• Handle documentation for inbound and outbound shipments
• Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth operations
• Maintain organized records of goods received, delivered, and stored
• Support periodic stock checks and assist during audits
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld in the warehouse
• Provide general administrative support to the operations Executive and Team
Requirements:
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, data entry skills preferred)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work in a warehouse environment and comfortable with physical tasks when needed
