1. Warehpuse Supervisor /5 days /Up to $3,800 @Penjuru

• Coordinate activities i.e receiving, storing & shipping to optimize operational flow & team collaboration.

• Maintain inventory records & conduct cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Plan and allocate resources to meet operational demands, productivity & minimizing downtime.

• Work with internal departments to prioritize & manage incoming/outgoing shipments.

• Conduct inspections & audits to uphold cleanliness & compliance with quality standards.

• Manage and resolve warehouse issues to maintain positive employee relations and operational.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Monitor and enforce company policies and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

• Provide feedback and coaching to warehouse team members to develop their skills & performance.

• Prepare & analyze reports on productivity, inventory & shipping/receiving accuracy.

• Diploma in Logistics with 3 years experience, possess Forklift license & Computer literacy.
