Job Summary :

• Location: Calshot Road
• Salary: Up$3,200
• Working Days: 5.5 days
• Work Schedule:

• Day Shift: Mon–Fri 7:45am–4:45pm, Sat 7:45am–11:45am
• Night Shift: Mon–Fri 4:15pm–1:00am (Night shift allowance: $9/day), Sat Off

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise warehouse team in daily operations
• Ensure accuracy in job performance, reporting, and documentation
• Maintain warehouse management system (WMS) daily
• Oversee inventory counts (weekly, monthly, yearly)
• Compile monthly billing for customers and finance department
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health requirements
• Uphold ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 standards
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse systems and processes
• Coordinate logistics support to meet business demands
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide operational support

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & WMS functions
• Forklift driving license required
• Able to operate VNA / Stacker equipment
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
