Responsibilities

·      Lead and support warehouse associates to achieve daily operational and productivity targets.

·      Monitor warehouse activities, safety standards, and service levels to ensure smooth operations.

·      Conduct daily team briefings and provideperformance updates and reports.

·      Guide team members on warehouse procedures, work instructions, and operational best practices.

·      Support attendance tracking, employee training, and team development initiatives.

·      Escalate operational issues and risks to supervisors in a timely manner.

·      Support continuous improvement initiatives, new project implementations, and cross-functional warehouse operations.

·      Provide backup support to supervisors asrequired.

·      Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, andcompliance with company policies and procedures.

·      Collaborate with production and other departments to support operational requirements.

·      Perform any other duties assigned by management.

·       Ableto work on rotating shifts, permanent night shifts, or other shift arrangementsas required by operational needs.

Requirements

·      Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or leadershipexperience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or production operations.

·      Basic knowledge of warehouse operations,inventory control, and workplace safety.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

·      Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamleadership skills.

·      Able to work in a fast-paced environment andmanage multiple tasks.

·      Physically able to perform operational dutieswhen required.

·      Secondary school education or equivalentpreferred.

·      Able to work shifts as required.
