Job Scope

1. Ensure the smooth flow of all inventories and warehouse activity

2. Ensure accurate inventory in the warehouse is maintained.

3. Ensure F.I.F.O. system is adhered to.

4. Ensure that items stated on invoice / DO are correctly picked and packed

5. Performed data posting in the Microsoft Navision (ERP system)

6. Ensure all stock records are updated.

7. Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse is maintained at all times.

8. Implement QMS and Food Safety programs and ensure the warehouse system and procedure are complied with QMS and Food Safety programs.

Job Requirements

• 2 year warehouse working experience
• Foods industry would be an advantage
• Forklift / stacker driving skill would be an advantage
