Basic information:

• 5 days work week, 7.30am - 5pm OR 2.30pm to 12am.
• Gross UP $3500
• AWS and allowances provided
• West area

Job Scope:

• Ensure smooth daily assembly and warehouse operations, and coordinate with transporters and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Plan manpower allocation and monitor picking productivity to ensure sufficient resources are available.
• Supervise pickers’ performance and service standards, and report operational concerns when necessary.
• Investigate and follow up on store claims and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and corrective actions.
• Oversee picking operations, including order accuracy, productivity KPIs, and fulfillment timelines to ensure timely order processing.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment within the assembly department.
• Manage and coordinate staff activities to ensure efficient operations and achievement of daily schedules and targets.

Additional Information:

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in handling logistics, warehousing and distribution centre activities of fast moving consumer products
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems will be an advantage
• Able to commit OT
