Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily operational, productivity, and quality targets.
• Monitor daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and service level requirements.
• Conduct daily team briefings, communicate operational updates, and prepare performance and productivity reports.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and guidance to team members on warehouse processes, work instructions, and best practices.
• Monitor team attendance, coordinate training activities, and support employee development and performance improvement.
• Identify, escalate, and assist in resolving operational or production issues in a timely manner.
• Support new product/model introductions and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely material movement.
• Provide backup support to Warehouse Supervisors and assist with daily operational planning when required.
• Ensure workplace cleanliness by maintaining 5S standards and enforcing company safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Assist production teams and perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods while performing manual handling tasks.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to prepare accurate operational reports and communicate information effectively.
• Willing and able to work rotating shifts.
