Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise & lead a team of warehouse operators on warehouse operations.
• Guide junior staff to familiarise in achieving warehouse target.
• Liaise with Customer Service on shipment schedules and service providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure KPI are met for all incoming/outgoing activities.
• Planning of manpower and conduct cycle counts and housekeeping of inventory.
• Assist operational issues and resolve conflicts among team members.
• ITE/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience with supervising skills
• Possess Forklift license will be advantageous
