• Position Title: Warehouse Sales (Japanese Speaking)
• Working Location: Penjuru Crescent
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basis salary up to $6,000 + Commission + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and develop new customer opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, online research, and market information.
• Develop and execute sales plans to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Source new RFQs, RFPs, and tender opportunities from targeted industries, including Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Healthcare, Electronics, Automotive, and E-commerce.
• Conduct meetings with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and supply chain requirements.
• Evaluate sales opportunities based on business potential, operational requirements, and company capabilities.
• Prepare and present logistics solutions, warehouse proposals, pricing structures, and value-added solutions based on customer needs.
• Lead pricing discussions and negotiations to secure long-term business contracts.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, warehouse visits, and solution discussions to understand customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for revenue, profit, and new customer acquisition.
• Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with customer details, sales activities, opportunities, and follow-up records.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms according to company guidelines to support business growth.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and Transport teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding of new customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are converted into practical and cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and ethical business practices.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in Contract Logistics, Third-Party Logistics (3PL), Warehousing, E-commerce fulfilment, or Supply Chain Solutions.
• Proven experience in developing new customer accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Experience in preparing tenders, RFQs, and logistics solution proposals.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s logistics industry, warehouse operations, and transportation services.
• Proficient in English and Japanese (spoken and written) to communicate effectively, present solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and support Japanese-speaking customers and business partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems
