i. Maintain, troubleshoot, and arrange services with approved equipment/ facility vendors.

ii. Ensure preventive maintenance is conducted by approved service vendors before due dates.

iii. Conduct annual validation tests for equipment per established SOP.

iv. Oversee facilities alarm systems, maintain proper logs, investigate per established SOPs, and follow up promptly.

v. Oversee servicing individuals during maintenance activities to ensure facility security.

vi. Ensure all documents (e.g., service reports, calibration certificates) are properly filed and maintained.

vii. Report deviations, change controls, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) related to facilities/ equipment.

viii. Raise purchase orders for services and consumables.

ix. Release laboratory materials in batches for laboratory consumption.

x. Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of all activities.

xi. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

xii. Carry out all activities in compliance with the company's quality policy, Quality Management System requirements, and applicable laboratory testing/manufacturing regulations (e.g., FACT, cGMP).

xiii. Maintain all standards as required by FACT, MOH License, GMP, and other certifications/accreditations.

Academic qualification, experience, and skill requirement:

a) Minimum diploma holder and above.

b) Proficient in verbal and written English communication.

c) Experience dealing with Laboratory equipment will be an advantage.

d) Meticulous with the ability to work independently.

e) Proactive, good team player, able to communicate with all functions and levels.
