Job Title: Warehouse Operations Lead (Multi-Site)
A salary between $3,000 and $3,300, depending related experience.

Locations: Ang Mo Kio, Serangoon North, Tuas, Changi North
(Note: This role involves mobility across our various warehouse locations.)

• Run the Day-to-Day: Oversee the daily action, from goods receiving to getting shipments out the door.

• Lead the Crew: Guide and support the warehouse team, helping them hit their targets and grow their skills.

• Coordinate Logistics: Work closely with our transport partners to make sure deliveries and pickups happen on schedule.

• Keep Things Safe & Organised: Make sure safety rules are followed and the warehouse stays clean, tidy, and efficient (we use the 5S system here).

• Double-Check the Details: Conduct regular stock counts and verify that every shipment is accurate before it leaves.

• Handle the Paperwork (and Systems): Generate simple daily reports and keep records up to date. You’ll be comfortable with basic computer work.

• Fix Problems as They Happen: Whether it's a staffing gap or a last-minute shipment change, you’re the person who steps in and finds a practical solution.

• Help the Team Improve: Keep an eye out for small changes that can make our work faster and easier.

Who We’re Looking For:

• You have a Diploma / Higher Nitec and at least 2-4 years of experience leading a team in a warehouse.

• You know how to get the best out of people and aren’t afraid to have honest conversations when performance slips.

• You’re organised and detail-focused. Getting things right matters to you.

• You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office. If you know SAP, that’s a big plus.

• You’re a problem-solver who can work independently and step up when things get busy (overtime is sometimes needed).

• You’re okay with traveling between our different warehouse locations during the week.

• A valid Forklift License.

• Experience with Material Handling Equipment (like reach trucks or powered pallet jacks).

• Familiarity with shipping documents (like Airway Bills) or EDI systems.
