Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods

Maintain accurate inventory records and update system data in a timely manner

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams for smooth material flow

Conduct stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies

Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation

Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and regulations

Oversee proper handling, storage, and labelling of materials

Liaise with external vendors, transport providers, and freight forwarders as needed

Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency and space utilisation

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
