About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to support the seamless distribution of our innovative breastfeeding products. As an integral part of our growing operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse and logistics operations, from inventory management to order fulfilment. This is a 4-month contract role, with candidates who can commence immediately preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, packing, sorting, and labelling of goods accurately and efficiently
• Carry out product customisation and personalisation according to operational requirements
• Prepare goods for delivery and shipment in a timely manner
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods to ensure accuracy and proper condition
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory checks to maintain inventory accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety compliance within the warehouse environment
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations and assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations will be an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability in completing assigned duties.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving licence with a good driving record is an added advantage.
• Proficient in conversational English and an additional language
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Able to commit to 5.5-day work week (Weekdays: 8.30am to 5.30pm. Saturdays: 10.30am to 2.30pm)
