Job Duties:

• Establish warehouse strategies, plans and activities that support organization's objectives.
• Able to identify and implement solutions in warehousing
• Optimizing warehouse operation and driving value creation for both clients and company
• Maximize inventory accuracies through maintaining close lines with different functional groups .
• Execution of cycle count program and resolving any inventory variances.
• Ensure optimal warehouse space optimization
• Take an active role in site workload planning and volume forecasting (i.e. staffing, equipment, space)
• Drive logistics process improvement initiatives
• Ensure safety methods, practices and programs are implemented and maintained.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma preferably in Supply Chain Management
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management System
• Min 10 years experience in Freight Forwarding Industry
• Min 5 years managerial experience in warehousing management
• Good people management skill
