What you’ll do

Outbound

Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and shipment cycle.

Ensure fulfilling orders timely for our clients internationally (pick, pack, ship) including palletize and prepare pallets for shipment arrangements and updating inventory via computerized system.

Practice stock allocation accordingly for customers’ orders.

Guide and manage the team to dismantle parts from system for fulfilment and update the individual system counts.

Guide the team for the full spectrum of shipping documentation like packing list, commercial invoices for outbound shipments ahead of delivery times.

Manage outbound shipment via FedEx online portal.

Ensure updates are in computerized system once shipment dispatched.

Manage and Co-ordinate movement of pallets into and out of premise.

What you’ll do

Inbound

Manage and Co-ordinate movement of pallets into and out of premise.

Supervise the unpack and check goods received against purchase requisitions, and updating inventory via computerized system.

Get feedback for any missing/damaged goods, if any.

Manage and guide the team on sorting goods to respective racks/shelves.

Ensure the incoming shipment in the system.

What you’ll do

General

Overlooking warehouse team on daily operation.

Managing of inventory, updating of sales and purchase data in the order system.

Conduct periodical stock count and reconciliation against system data to ensure the accuracy of the physical stock and system data.

Ensure the team perform housekeeping to keep clean and tidy within the workplace.

Any ad-hoc duties when assigned.
