Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the inventory movement in the warehouse and across site.
• Ensure timely update for the transaction such as receipt, put away, and issuing of goods.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all warehouse activities
• Optimize warehouse layout and organization for space and time efficiency.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize errors and discrepancies.
• Supervise the use of material handling equipment.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the logistics and warehousing function within the Operations Department with the aim of ensuring optimum level of resource utilization to meet project needs.
• Review and update work process which include setting up of Warehouse Management System.
• Provide reports to management as required.
• Manage the movement of Tools and Equipment’s across Project Site and HQ.
• Periodic audit of tools and equipment at project sites.
• Provide training and guidance to ensure the Team understand and align with the Company Policy.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Warehouse, WSH, Security matters.
• Any Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Knowledge and experience using a Warehouse Management System
• Proficient with MS office applications
• Excellent written / verbal English
