Warehouse Assistant (6-Month Contract)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and organise stock in advance based on Sales Representatives’ distribution plans
• Issue stocks at the start of the day, ensuring accuracy against reconciliation reports
• Receive and verify returned stocks at end of day, ensuring quantities are aligned with records
• Handle inbound stock deliveries and ensure proper storage using FIFO practices
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse environment
• Support sorting of market returns, defective items, and stock disposal processes
• Extract and update inventory data in Excel for basic reconciliation checks

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant warehouse/store experience
• Prior experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage
• Comfortable working rotating shifts (e.g. 7am–4pm / 10am–7pm / 11am–8pm)
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in stock handling and reconciliation
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
