• Industry/ Organization Type: Importer and Wholesaler of Traditional Chinese Medicine
• Position Title: Warehouse Assistant cum Delivery Driver (Class 3)
• Working Location: Kaki Bukit
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $2,200 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Unload goods from inbound containers and verify packing lists with Purchase Orders (PO).
• Organize and store goods efficiently, planning storage placement to optimize space.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment, adhering to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and proper storage housekeeping.
• Maintain accurate records, including product recalls and implement the First Expired First Out (FEFO) method for picking goods.
• Fulfil orders, manage stock labelling, handle returns, and assist with inventory management and audits.
• Assist with deliveries as a secondary responsibility when required.

• Proficient in using computers for data entries in Microsoft Excel, Word, and labelling software.
• With a valid Class 3 Driving License
• Candidates with a valid Forklift License would be advantageous
