Job Summary

City Prime seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, optimize inventory processes, and support delivery logistics in a growing company with career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and execute stock rotation in the warehouse and production room six days per week to ensure product freshness and availability
• Securely lock up and maintain warehouse facilities to protect assets and ensure operational readiness
• Prepare daily product quantities and organize cartons for drivers to collect and deliver each morning
• Arrive by 7am at the Bedok warehouse, including weekends, with a flexible off-day scheduled weekly
• Operate a manual 2-ton Dyna Refrigerated truck two to three times weekly as a backup delivery driver during staff absences
• Supervise factory workers and drivers using English and Chinese to ensure smooth warehouse and delivery operations
• Operate forklift equipment safely to support warehouse logistics and material handling

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Class 3 Driver’s License to operate manual refrigerated trucks
• Legal authorization to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen, PR, or valid Work Pass)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and managing warehouse operations
