Warehouse Assistant (Admin)

(Ability to Work in TUAS of Singapore Should Only Apply!)

Responsibilities :

. Perform inventory control in the Warehouse Manager System (WMS) and monthly cycle count. 

. Perform documentations of inventory movement to meet business requirements.

. Process orders accurately and efficiently to meet delivery commitments.

. Ensure inventory accuracy through proper documentation and system (WMS) updates.

 . Liaise with customers on daily orders and requirements. 

 . Report to Operations Manager on warehousing ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

. Above GCE ‘N’ level or Secondary School with credit in English.

. Warehouse/Logistic with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experiences is preferred. 

. Experiences with Warehouse Manager System (WMS) will be an advantage.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Customer focused, positive work attitude and self-motivated.

. Hardworking and fast learner.

. 5-day work week.

. Company Transport pick up/drop off is provided at Joo Koon/Tuas Crescent.

. Ability to Work in Tuas of Singapore should only Apply.
