Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

• Receive, check, and store incoming parts, tools, and  equipment
• Maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist in audits.

Logistics Support

• Prepare and pack equipment for deployment to vessels and field operations.
• Coordinate with logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Assist in loading/unloading shipments safely.

Equipment Handling

• Ensure proper storage of sensitive robotics components and marine gear.
• Follow handling protocols for heavy machinery and specialized tools.
• Support engineers and operators by providing required parts on time.

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to workplace safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse facilities.
• Report hazards, damages, or discrepancies promptly.

Requirements:

• Min vocational certificate (logistics/warehouse operations preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience in technical or industrial equipment handling is an advantage.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
