• Position : Warehouse Assistant
• Location : New Industrial Road (Bartley/Tai Seng MRT)
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 830am - 530pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3300 + AWS + 10 Days Annual Leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Retail

Main Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming goods and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare and pack orders for dispatch.
• Willing to use warehouse software to maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments.
• Monitor and record warehouse fixed assets to ensure proper operation
• Perform basic machine maintenance and minor repairs as required (training will be provided).
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Min 1 year experience in warehouse operations or inventory control.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory systems)
