• Position : Warehouse Assistant
• Location : Sungei Kadut
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.45AM to 5.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,500 + Transport Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration : Perm

Responsibilities:

Support daily

• warehouse operations efficiently and safely.
• Receive goods according to order confirmation requirements.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery to forwarders or customers.
• Inspect and check incoming and outgoing goods.
• Label, store, and organise stock properly in the warehouse.
• Monitor inventory and ensure stock is well protected and preserved.
• Handle warehouse-related customer complaints with relevant parties for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and proper filing for shipments, inventory, and warehouse activities.
• Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse security at all times.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior or management.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary education qualifications.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects
• Preferably with forklift licence.
• Experience handling large shipments and warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Basic computer skills and SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Bilingual in English, Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
