Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving all incoming inventories.
• Picking, sorting, labelling, and packing inventories to prepare for delivery.
• Perform cycle counts and stock takes to ensure accuracy.
• Execute stock transfers within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Conduct incoming and outgoing checks/arrangements for IC and transformer products.
• Participate in annual stock-take activities.
• Liaise with HQ regarding incoming shipments.
• Monitor packing material stock levels and replenish when running low.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse premises.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems, preferably SAP, would be an advantage.
• Well-versed in warehouse operations
