Job Description

• Issue parts to workshop staff and external customers.
• Received in-coming parts from BYD HQ.
• Do parts stock-in in Inventory system.
• Parts bin-in to correct parts locations.
• Do parts stock-out in inventory system.
• Maintaining proper Inventory System and records.
• Do half-yearly stock count/audit.
• Maintain proper 5S housekeeping in warehouse.
• Received orders and prepare parts/masks deliveries to customers.
• Answering all parts enquiries from customers.

Work Experience and requirement:

• Secondary education is welcomed
• Candidate must has at least 2 years warehouse & inventory experience
• Candidate is required to liaise with BYD HQ in China
• Possess computer literacy skills and forklift license is an advantage
