Shift 1: From 08:30am - 17:30pm
Shift 2: From 10:30am - 20:30pm
Sat: From 08:30am - 12:30pm (Alternate Saturday

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Management System (WMS): Key in warehouse operation data accurately and timely. Keep the WMS/Inventory system up to date on a daily basis.
• Customer Enquiries: Respond to and follow up on enquiries by customers.
• Shipment Coordination: Coordinate with all customers on inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all schedules are met.
• Inventory Counts: Perform and support weekly cycle counts, as well as monthly or yearly inventory counts.
• Documentation & Records: Maintain proper filing of warehouse documentations and handle equipment servicing records.
• Logistics: Perform daily pick, pack, and transportation arrangements.
• General Tasks: Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• GCE O level
• 1-2 years of working experience
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel, and Words
• Experience in WMS system will be an added advantage
