Job Description
Dynamic roles handling and coordinating customer requests, supporting operations and administrative activities. Ideally you have a friendly, service-oriented and team player.
Basic proficiency in Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook). Good attendance and punctuality.
A conducive working environment where you will be guided and trained on the job where required. Progression options may be available subject to performance.
5 Day Work Week. Off on Public Holidays. Addon for Overtime.
Preferably with at least N, O and Nitec or above Candidates OR with one year of experience in similar role.
Specific Responsibilities
(Candidate will normally be assigned to only some of the following activities)
• Oversee the day-to-day management of customer requirements.
• Coordinate order process, inventory, and delivery scheduling.
• Manage service complaints and provide solutions in a professional manner
• Perform billing tasks, including invoicing and data entry.
• Liaise with suppliers and transport partners for a smooth flow of goods
• Handle escalations related to stock discrepancies, delays, or damages
• Coordinate with the delivery team and partners to ensure that all scheduled deliveries are fulfilled on time.
• Manage Incoming and Outgoing items. Reflect movement on in-house systems
• Update and Manage Documentation
