Job Description:

• Handle daily inventory processes, stock movements, and system transactions
• Ensure stock accuracy for inbound, outbound, and replenishment activities
• Monitor deliveries, shipments, and stock levels
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and support stocktake audits
• Coordinate with warehouse teams on inventory-related matters
• Maintain proper inventory and administrative records
• Ensure warehouse housekeeping and cleanliness are maintained
• Follow and comply with GMP requirements and warehouse procedures
• Support process improvements for inventory control and warehouse operations
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned for warehouse operations
